Ok, Ive got myself into a bit of a pickle here...

Bought some wheels off ebay and realised at the last minute they were in Somerset and am now trying to get them up to Newcastle! Doh!

It aint easy!!

Its looking very expensive and Im pi$$ing the guy off since he, quite reasonably, put "local collection only" in the advert and doesnt want to mess about taking them to a depot.

So the question is - are there any geordies who commute to somerset every day who would like to pick some wheels up for me?

Well you know what they say about shy bairns and all that.....

Failing that, anyone any ideas to get wheels moved cheaply (bar putting them on a car)!

Or is there a somerset locoster willing to collect them for you and bung them in the post?

Where in somerset are the wheels, I may be able to get them to leicester? if thats any help?

I'm off to Bristol on Wednesday afternoon, staying until Friday morning.

If you can convince a local locoster to get them to Bristol on Thursday or Friday I can bring them the rest of the way.

might be too far off depending how soon you need them... but if you can get them to Worcester by somebody on here, then I am coming up to Chester-Le-street during the bank holiday weekend in August and could bring them up with me (will they fit in a car?) and you can pick them up from there?

If you can get them to the Luton area (J12 M1) I am racing at Teeside Autodrome on the 15th/16th August, happy to put them on the race truck for you to collect?
