I have 2 new messages on u2u but when I click on it nothing happens, also does same thing when I click on u2u in top left corner of page

Yep, mine opens in a separate (tiny) browser window, and it's easy to miss. As soon as it's opened though, it won't open again and it can seem like it's not working.

Make your browser window small and then clcik on the U2U

easy to miss
