Is there a big diffrance between kit car insurance with bike engines and with car engines?

my bec is the cheapest car iv ever insured!!

Think a lot depends on your age, but mine went up from £82 fully comp on a parts only policy to £ 150 when i swapped the pinto engine for a zx10r.
