Hi working van is 08 plate and both headlights have stopped working,
the symbol comes on the dash and the sidelights and main beam work fine ive checked the bulbs
and fuses but all seem fine ( i can only find 1 fusebox under dash not sure if theres another anywhere that feeds the lights)
If no ideas ill take it the dealers just thought i could save some time any clues?

It might seem too obvious but check the bulbs, it is amazing how many drivers drive about for months with only one dip beam bulb working and only realise it when the other blows.

Fine. It seems strange to me how both have stopped working
I thought they would be wired separatly so your not left in the dark

Thats another problem i cant find any wiring diagrams for it or
The ladies ford puma anywhere on the web so i dont know what
Fuses or relays feed what

that'll be an earth problem then,
there should be a multi earth point somewere near the fuse box.

look for rusted connections, earth points behind headlights too maybe
