I was lucky enough to get invited to an event at Zolder last week. Great track, good food, nice beer and like minded company; Whats not to enjoy. Format was 2 days on track in exchange for giving passenger rides. Was supposed to be 2 laps each but was pushed to 3-4 depending on how much they screamed. I covered over 250 miles on track.
The brakes were getting a bit warm by this point in the day, so there was a bit of "lift-n-coast" going on into some of the corners, plus short shifting for the noise meters (I'd been told off once and it was 2 strikes and you're out). Watch out for Rdodger appearing from the pit lane in his ThruxtonGT. I think the Fury wasn't to shabby ...

10-11 was sighting laps plus 1//2 hour or so at tbe end of the day when passengers dried upif you still had the energy.

Zolder is ace, I've had my picture taken next to the gilles Villeneuve more than once...
