Just spotted this on Youtube
Belong to anyone on here?
Wow.
Shocking!
Watched that same YouTube video the other day and couldn't quite believe a company had had the nerve to charge money for the "repair".
It seems so blatantly twisted and knackered before and after the "repair".
My Cat B write off Haynes is back as a track car - still has twisted chassis, back left hand wheel suspension refitted so the wheel is 4 inches
further back than it should be and about 6 degrees out of line etc etc - guy who bought it as a track car didn't know it was a Cat B and Copart
don't want to know as they have been given a certificate of destruction!
Not surprised - there are a lot of people who just want money and don't care about the consequences

And there I was thinking that the missing upper cross beams was the issue!
I'm not sure how the initial repair could have been done like that, I guess for those not familiar with kit cars possibly? But even so, having
something misaligned left to right is just common sense.

For it to be so obvious on a video it must be really bad in real life.
I watched this and asked them to name and shame to stop others making the same mistake.
I also asked them what condition the roll cage was in as I was interested in having one
Apparently it had all been chopped up
