I found this chap who had spent a lot of time on an seight. He has a couple of good links on his website to a couple of good rover builders.

Aren't these just 5/16 UNCs?

Can't you get them from Rimmer Bros?

Any Land Rover Dealer. You just to need to know which flywheel you have. There are two sizes 9" (might be 9.5" and 10" plates. (could be 10.5"

The larger clutch cover wont fit in a LT77 bellhousing.
Dont know what bell housing you have, Try www.Paddockspares.com - Give them a ring. or famousfour.co.uk, or www.johncraddockltd.co.uk just google for it. ring thm up and ask for the bolts.

Its not that hard. Just tell them its for a V8, and the size of the clutch. or take the flywheel to a local nut and bolt dealer.

I suspect UNC is probably correct, as its a Buick 215 engine in essence, ie its American design.

V8tuner.co.uk does clutch bolts at reasonable price - only a few quid.
