EFI BEC high pressure fuel connection

Hi I'm installing a 2006 R1 engine in my 7, which used to have a Rover K-series engine. The high-pressure fuel line to the injectors ends in one of these:

What's the best way to link it up?

The first one is a barbed fitting with a clamp over the hose, I would gently remove this and use as a new fitting on the old line.

My zx10r is connected using approved flexible hose for petrol and clamp suitable for petro etc, very like a normal hose clamp.
