Avon spring poundage??
I`ve just got back from Cadwell and need to do something about the springs on the car.
When looking at the photos of it mid corner i can see the car rolling way too much mainly on the back.
What springs are people running front and back these days with good effect?
The car weighs 620kgs BTW

The spring poundage is irrelevant when compared across different models I'm afraid. You need to be asking what springs people are running on a
specific model of car (assuming there is not a choice of wishbones etc), otherwise the figure comparisons mean nothing.
Are the dampers adjustable? Have you tried increasing the damping by adding some clicks. Body roll is not always a bad thing, but if it's making
the car hard to drive then it obviously needs addressing.

Don't pay a garage to do them. You built a car for God's sake - I'm sure you can fit your own wipers!

The question is related to the Tiger Avon as per my title` Avon spring poundage`
You are quite right about having a degree of roll but mine is excessive and need to sharpen the back end up somewhat.
I`ve tried the clicks and have found an acceptable rate now but its not enough
I`ll post in the Tiger Avon section to see if i can get a response.

Apologies, I read this quickly and read is as Avo (as in the shock absorbers).
