i just opened 24 cans of strongbow that were also out of date, they smelt ok and tasted ok,maybe a little flat but i poured these away as i don't care for them but the lagers i would save and drink if ok-ie would not make me ill(and i would only have a couple in any one day)
also we found some hot sauce dated for bb 2001 in the cupboard-we have moved house 3 times since then and seem to have moved the sauce with us!!

it will only make you ill if you drink it all at once - the same as if you bought 'in date' from the shop an drank too much it might not taste as good as fresh stuff but who cares - if it tastes ok to you then it will be

"That thing you're thinking - it wont be that."

If it's flat mix it with some lemonade
Plus if it does make you ill you'll be glad you drunk half as much!

will be fine, 6 months on a can isnt the same as 6 month old eggs.

I have a jar of mayo in the fridge that says eat within 6 weeks, ive had it more than a year and it still tastes fine.

Beware! Bourettes is binfectious.

I'm not adverse to consuming stuff after it's sell-by, but I draw the line at beer! I had a bad experience with a tin of '8 months out' Stella! It tasted ok (you could tell it was definitely 'off' though), but it came right though me a short time later!
