iWantIt iPod dock. Any good?
The Mrs wants an iPod speaker dock that has got some oomph for use in large groups. iWantIt make a 50W RMS system which would be plenty but
I've never heard of them. Are they any good? Normally I'd run a mile from any brand with a stupid name but I'm open to
others' experience. Are they any good or should I look somewhere else?

I have an Iwantit Ipod1 dock, like you I was Sceptical at first as not heard of iwantit but it's great. It sounds excellent and for the price
very good value. My only complaint is the remote is useless and the tap touch buttons on the dock are crap.

I use one and you do get quite a good bang for your buck and they are ok looking too.
Depending which one you get they are quite a bit heavier than some of their competitors but this I feel is better for the sound when the bass is
pumping

I just bought a Revon audio dock with speakers - it cost £37 and is excellent.

I did lots of research and ended up with an 'Altec Lansing', which to be honest, for the money is great.

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

OK, so we bought the Pihillips one. Internet reviews suggested the iWantIt one was a bit flakey. Thanks for the advice.
