Where to source profiles / oval tube / ("flat tubes" ) for wishbones ?

Hello , where can I source oval steel tube for wishbone fabrication ? I know McGill shop but seems they only have round tubes.

I am looking for sth like that :

I don't really get why people use oval tube? The aero benefits are going to be outweighed by the fact that round is stronger than oval by equivalent weight, surely? Is it just aesthetic?

Beware! Bourettes is binfectious.

In my case - its needed (oval) as round would restric wheel droop.

One more question- is the "normal" steel (235) 1,5mm wall enough for wishbone ? some people suggest me to use Cro-Mo steel (roughly 4-5 times more expensive than "mild steel" (do I assume right that mild steel it the seame as 235 type steel? As I understand its not only due to material, but also reforming round to oval tube shape.
