grease for clutch splines & pilot bearing?
In assembling the gearbox to the engine, I was wondering what is the best way to lubricate the clutch splines & pilot bearing.. What type of
grease is recommended, if any?
any opinions greatly received!

I use spline grease. But if I have none close by, I use a tiny smear of copper grease.

you'll get several different answers they're as every one has their favourite What ever you use wipe most of it off, only a little is
needed.
The most common one seems to be copper grease.

Copper grease for me - just enough to colour the splines though.
