does your prop have a very short front section or is it one piece?
Nice job that Matt but what on earth is that where the Crossflow shoud be?
As above - a very neat and tidy build. It makes me want to start again and do it better!
Just one point - the rear brake hose does look too tight to me.
Very nice work Matt, only thing i could spot that hasnt been mentioned is the adjuster for the rear damper settings, most people have the adjustment
facing the inside so you can adjust it without removing the rear wheels.
I only know this because i fitted the same as you and someone on here kindly pointed it out to me.

Thank all for the nice comments. Will turn around the shocks tonight. The rear brake lines look much tighter than than they are! The rear suspension
has not been tightend up untill i get it on the floor so that will give me a little slack when jacked back up again.
Just spent another £50 on stainless allen keyed bolts and nuts to finnish of the rest!!!
The only trouble with a part built is stripping it all back and starting again!!
Plus also i now might change the inner panels for carbon ones if the budget will stick it!! What do you think? Alloy or FAKE carbon?
Hopefully getting my wheels back soon from the powdercoaters, should look cool!!!
Full race cage comming soon as well!

Oh yeh the clutch cable is a mac#1 one and the prop is a modded 2 piece one with TRT from bailey morris.

Never, never fake carbon. Either do it with the proper stuff or don't.
It was awful 5 - 10 years ago on bikes and still looks awful now.
Put it side by side with proper carbon (or carbon kevlar) weave and it looks quite sad.
Just my opinion mind, but it just doesn't look right to me.

I have my rear shocks that way round Matt, i just put my hand through the wheels to adjust em.
Also, i am changing my internal panels for fake carbon fibre, cant aford the real stuff, sorry catpuss.

Tim Windmill on here knows where and how much, i think there about £40 4x8 sheet, it's a winter mod for me.
Just remembered that your after a pici of a spring return for you carbs, i will try to sort it out tomorrow.

If the outside is as well finished as the inside it will be a real head turner!!!
I don't think your speedsensor will work, the metal has to be in close contact to let it work, this is how I mounted mine and tested it to see it
works with the original speedo..

My sensor is about 1mm away from the drive shaft bolt. Will have to wait and see if it works or not. If it doesn't work then i will do it your
way. Thanks.
Today i have loosened the rear brake pipes to add extra on the length and fitted handbrake cable clamps and now i have a working
handbrake!!
Also fitted clutch and accelerator pedal stops so the cables dont get stretched.
Still trying to sort out the rad pipe hoses!!! 
Been 3 days now trying to figger out all the reducers and "T" pieces
needed!!! Its doing my head in!! I wish all the pipes where the same! Some are 32mm and some are 25mm, 10mm etc all having to be joined
together!! Also cant find anywhere that has the "T" pieces sizes i need!

Its joined to the engine by a nipple and i dont know what to do with it?

It's a filter, the pipe on the other end goes to the carburator and then back to your engine.It's a modification on the later engines to
heat up the carburators in the winter.You see small black pipes between your carburators, the carb on the right should connect with a pipe to that
filter.I will see if I have a pic of my engine...

I have'nt used them pipes Matt, i just blanked them off at the inlet.
