Hi Guys, just a quick one.

When fitting a Mk2 Escort Steering column to a Locost, does it require shortening?

Ours seems to go quite low in the chassis tis all.

I'd love to see some pictures of how you fitted yours if any are available.

Is there a reason why you are going Mk2 instead of Sierra with the collapsible bit in it? If you are pre IVA the Sierra would probably be more suited to the test. Just my opinion though.

It's what i had in the garage. We've got a Mk2 as well.

I understand that for the IVA i need a collapsible boss & 2 UJ's (one at the end of the column and one on the rack) Is this correct?
