Anyone got a spare BIP 373 ignition driver?

Huh?

Nope but I do have loads of VB921s, and a few BOSCH 0227100200 which are like having 2 BIP373s in an external module with a 7 pin timer plug.

I like the 0227100200 cos it keeps the high current/voltages away from the ECU.

There are other IGBTs you can use, they are all pin-for-pin compatible. I use IRGB14C40L or ISL9V5036, bought from Farnell.

The best thing about the BIP373 is that they have in built current limiting circuitry and solid thermal performance.

Ahhhh I see.
