its appears to be an aero kit that the westfield series ran with in the early 90's.... Not pretty but makes the car handle a lot better

Hi the kit can be made to look half decent. Here is a picture of one of the first ones ever built for racing. It has a 300 bhp V6 works Renault engine installed.

OH and the body kit actually makes it slower down the straights. It takes as much as 10mph off at 130 ish mph.

Purely out of interest, does it make it any quicker in the corners?
ie. is it a true downforce/top speed trade-off? Or does it add nothing in the corners and just reduce top speed?
