You could set up a 'rule' or 'filter' to dump them straight into the Deleted folder... (the terminology varies with the mail software you're using)

In my mail software (Thunderbird) it's really easy to set up a new rule when a junk mail arrives - just right-click on the offending mail header and select the menu item.

Just report it a spam and it should end up in the junk mail folder from then onwards.

i get 40-50 junk emails a week in my yahoo and 99.9% get picked up by the spam filter.

Yahoo mail boxes are very prone to huge amounts of spam.......... Google mail is bit better but proper email address with an ISP is better.
