Recently found this product which I think could make an interesting finish for Dashboard or mudguards.

That aluminized fiberglass does look nice!

I got given a chunk of that some years ago , I tried it out on trumpets - it looked pretty good , and I did wonder about using it for airbox's (maybe it would be slightly heat reflective ?)
