According to Caterhams wind tunnel testing, they do work. But obviously everyone's entitled to their own opinion

Top, I believe... (well high enough to send air over the top of tubes etc)

its down to personal choice. i chose low down.steve hignett chose high up.looking at the pics i would say steves look better positioned!
