Having just seen Luego's posting about the newark show, its reminded me about doing this.

The forms have been submitted, and our attendance has been confirmed.

We're reliably informed that there will be a bar in the Cedric Ford Pavillion from 7-1130pm for those camping on the Friday of the show as well as a live band, ontop of all the usual saturday night entertainment.

Please could you let us know if youre planning on joining us at the show and whether youd like to have your car on the owners club area.

Im intending setting off from NE late on saturday evening - is there a deadline to be there by before the gates are locked?
cant set off early as im so busy with the house at present. Ill probs leave early Sunday afternoon to come home.

Ive just had an awful thought!

i cant set off until late Sat afternoon. Probs getthere around 6pm ish. i know the reason we get in free is as part of the exhibitors etc. If i get there late do you think i will have bother getting in? Do i need to contact the show organisers to get it authorised?

Id hate to arrive and be turned away after a longish drive.

Just thought I'd let you know that I'll be joining you at the Newark show. I've been after buying and building for some time but never really had a good chance to have a nosy round the cars, will be camping over on the Saturday night as well.
Me and the other half will be joining you for the Mac#1 Christmas Party.
