just got back after a little r&d testing and i think i've created a monster.
its an absolute missile, still grinning like a cheshire cat with 2 bowls of cream.
thnks to Mark and Col as usual and of course the missus who thinks i live in the garage or at mac#1

off to work now on afters but think it will be a good shift due to the smug feeling i have at the moment

How did you fix the problem!!!!

problem was using a gsxr exhaust exup valve on a zx10r . the electronic controller is the same but the valves work opposite way round so it was closing above 7000rpm not opening hence the excess back pressure and restricted revs. bit of a school boy error but sorted now and its really impressive very happy

Have you got any dyno bhp/torque results Rich.

not been on a dyno yet Paul its all been trial and error just using a PC3 with a stock exhaust map at the moment but may have it on the dyno for a power run just for interests sake

seen an indicated 69mph in 1st gear today and lost vision at 119 due to the wind blast (private test track)
it will pull from 25 mph in 6th so 6th will cover 110 mph, very flexible
