The only problem with that is, that it was such a poor year last year that quite a few people (IMO) will have held off selling mid/late summer and
will sell this year at the first sign of good weather!

Lookig to build again Darren?
Im not sure what to do. Im getting another house in a couple of weeks time to do up so that will be 2 months out again. Id like anther before year end
so im just busy with other things. The ZR is getting used as a second car rather than something for best that i can enjoy to the max. Im wondering
about letting it go in the short term - do some houses then perhaps build again later.
Id rather not sell so i can wait until it has to be done rather than jump in too soon.
I hatched this bizare plan a couple of years back that doing up some houses could make me some money (well actually pay off some debt accrued in
starting a family). Im just about to start number 3 and if you factor in the hassle dealing with banks, major credit crunch, solicitors, estate
agents, vendors, buyers etc etc then they all seem to make more out of it than me. Oh yeah - and then there is the actual doing up bit as well but ill
not go there.
The TV makes it look far far easier than it actually is. So the upshot is i have my hands a bit full at the moment and its not looking like the car
will get much use for a while. Im also finding that having to have a garage is limiting my choice of projects (yes i know you can own a open topper
without garage, but you need something set up outside and this isnt easy if you have lots of work to do first).
Dont do it Darren, if you really really need money, sell one of your vital organs!
