M16 x 1.5 fan switch

Anyone know which cars use a single connection (earth through sensor body) M16 x 1.5 thread radiator fan switch, something that kicks in at 95 -98 degrees would be ideal. If someone can point me in the direction of an online catalogue I could look for one in even better (QH don't do them).
