Cadwell. No contest for driving, depends on distance to get there to I guess.

As you're a BEC - Cadwell takes some beating!
Oulton I think is better for CEC as it's not so full of twisties and is overall a faster track.

You can book directly on their own website. I did this for Cadwell Park and saved a tenner over booking with the track day companies.

Oulton is great for a BEC. Speeds are not so high you run out of revs and the high speed corners are great. Don't let him ^^ put you off
Trackdays.co.uk are not a standard organiser. The website is mostly an aggregation site where they sell the trackdays that others run. There are loads
of trackday companies, here's a few:
easytrack
bookatrack
circuit days
focused events
msv
opentrack
bhp
rma
lotusontrack
javelin
goldtrack
trackzone
Some independent tracks also run their own days ala msv.
GL finding one that suits.

Either will be fantastic John.
oulton full circuit in a car is awesome, I have only done Cadwell on the bike. but its equally as good.
Location is probably the biggest deciding factor
A pint for the gent and a white wine/fruit based drink for the lady. Those are the rules
