Car has now gone :-(
After nearly two years of being a big part of my life, the car left with it's new owner Steve this morning.
Manged to get one last drive in the sunshine on the way to work before Steve picked up the car destined for it's new home in Sheffield.
Felt really sorry for Steve as he was nervous about driving it on the motorway and just as he picked it up, it rained hard but I just heard he got
back ok and not too wet.
I would like to thank everyone on this forum who has helped me as well as all the guys I have met at MAC1 and in particular Colin and Mark who have
supported me throughout. I could not have done it without the excellent support MAC1 has provided.
I am not sure whether to jump straight into another kit or whether to spend a bit of time with a more conventional toy car (lotus or similar).
So thanks once again and good luck with all the continuing builds.
Liam

Why did you sell it?

Sorry about the delay in replying, I have been away from home on business and not got round to adding a post, very rude of me.
Yes, I sold for two reasons, I really wanted to build something else (but more on this in a second) and also I got really frustrated at the weather
meaning that I spent all that time and money building the car but never really got to drive it.
So my plan was to sell and build soemthig else a bit more practicle (i.e.with a roof) like a cobra but I am not so sure now.
I definately want to build another kit car but not sure I have the energy right now so was thinking about maybe just getting a fun production car as a
toy, something like a boxster or lotus. I really ove the TVR Tucan but having done some research, think it would be a bad move.
Any suggestions are welcome.

Why not build any kit car you want then get softbitsforsevens to custom make you a roof and fixings. You could then have for example your old car with
roof and sides. Just a thought...
