Would have been better slightly rusty and faded without the badges IMO, but nicely made.

Think about it. You have a serviceble prancing horse v12 do you:
A- build a prancing horse?
B- build a 2CV x car
C- sell the V12 and buy a small country home (Windsor Castle)?

Come on who would have gone for B?!

You can buy a whole 550 for £50K so I wouldn't have thought the V8 would buy you a shed in Bermondsey

EDIT: Looking at how much people pay for MR2s with a Ferrari body kit on i'd say it's worth almost as much as a 550!
