Diverter valve has gone south. Typically it's the motor and you can usually change them without changing the zone / diverter valve.

same happened to mine , diverter valve generaly a simple fix I bought a new on locally 15 minutes to fit the worst part is draining the sustem below
the valve then the filling. If it is the valve a simple check is to run the hot water and see if the rads get hotter thats what happened to mine
Life is like a bowl of fruit, funny how all the weird looking ones are left alone

It sounds like your three port valve.
Can be either the motor or the valve itself. You should be able to operate the valve manually to see if its seized. If not, then just get a new
actuator.
Kindest Regards,
Richard.

What, plumber and doctor?? That's got to make for some interesting call outs
If you're not living life on the edge you're taking up too much room.

Drain Doctor vans are out round here all the time

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
