Good 1.8 K series in scruffy Rover 75

The spare scruffy 52 plate Rover 75 Estate I used mainly for carrying awkward and dirty loads is coming to the end of its MOT and although it probably needs only a windscreen and rear springs and rear brake work for an MOT I can't be bothered doing the work required to get it through. The engine is particularly sweet running water tight and has had a thermostat conversion, leather heated electric seats n.b. estate rear seat won't fit saloon.
It will be swapped on to a set of 16" Union pattern alloy wheels with knackered tyres as i want to keep the 15" alloys.

Reasonable offers for whole or bits 10% of total will go to a forum donation.
