Fisher Fury 2.0 Zetec Nodiz Bike Carbs First proper Start !
Well it runs!
1993 2.0 Zetec
It didn’t start on the first try as I had some wires crossed..
A couple of water leaks to sort out!
Water pump possibly going the wrong way round!
Very impressed with Nodiz Next job get Temperature sensor wired in and blu tooth to my phone..
Then balance the carbs.
Then really annoy the neighbours with some totally unnecessary revving of the engine..

you can offer to set mine up! DTA S60 on an ST170 currently sequential and cam disabled but I would like to get them working properly.... At the
moment I have Jenvey 48's on short trumpets so would take advice if the thoughts are that I should go for 45's first!
Plus we have the same name!

That's a good name your've got there!! Bailey is just my company name, worked at ICS Bailey (first job) so borrowed the name.
No problem to setup your car, same price, not done the later DTA - have you got the software and cable?

I have a cable but I don't have the fuelling box for live mapping.... I know you have to start somewhere but I paid 450 for a setup and it
doesn't run we'll low down... The sequential was set up wrong and the closed loop lambda needs setting up... Variable cam switches but it
doesn't control correctly .. Pid needs setting up etc etc.... There are so many variables I think you need to know the ECU well to get it
sorted.... What do you think?

Engine sounds great - do you have any info on your alternator mount, im trying to fit mine in exactly the same spot, just wondered what your mount
looked like.
Cheers - Andy

It's no prob to get it sorted 100%, I have mapped all sorts of aftermarket Ecu's.
You do not need the live box to map it, it's just quicker to have fuel and advance on rotary controls than just using the laptop keys.
Please could you send me a pic if your throttle body setup? The not running well down low mite not be anything to do with the Ecu, sequential
injection is not required and will make little difference - can actually make things worse.
Normally, Jenvey 45s with decent injectors and megasquirt the engine will take full throttle at 1000rpm full load and pull clean to red line, your 48s
will make little difference to drivability but may give a few more bhp up top.
The variable cam timing is worth a chunk of power, assuming the cam sensor is working (as well as crank) it should be straightforward to setup.
Closed loop control should be setup to trim the fuelling at part throttle only, any decent load it should go open loop. Running closed loop only
really helps mpg and won't effect drivability.

Well seems like you are keen which is a huge bonus.... Cam sensor works as does the cam advance valve but the cam position swings a lot...ie. not
very stable with the current settings...
I have an innovate wide bad sensor... Best I send you some pictures of the setup, the current map if you want to download DTA software for S60 and a
video of it running at the moment.....
Can you confirm an email address?
Thanks

Rad switch knackered! That was a close call didn’t boil up but was getting close.
Dropped the cooling pipes below the exhaust and fitted another new Rad switch both switches tested in a saucepan!!!!
Andy I will sort out a picture of the alternator mount it was supplied by Fisher Sports cars.

No prob about the wide bad, I use my own NGK wide band and controller for mapping, we can get your sensor working later.
