what final drive (diff ratio)
Got 160 bhp, type 9 gearbox with 13" wheels and will be using it more as a circuit, track day car.
What are you all using as your final drive ratios ?
Got a Salisbury LSD and pretty much settled on a 3.89 cwp but any advice or experience would be usefull

I'm sure there is a gear calculator somewhere on the forum if you do a search , it's been covered several times. You need to know the
rolling circumference of the tyres amongst other info . My car has 195/50/15 tyres but being low profile have a similar R/C as a 80 profile 13"
tyre , it has a 3.62 diff which seems well suited . It has got a BGH high first box which was one of the best mods I've done to the car

Cheers for the advice, have got the BGH box with the long first, got a 3.54, 3.7 and a 3.89 but as it's mainly circuit use I think I'll
build the lsd up with the 3.89 and try that first
