What colour should my car be???
I'm getting my Mac 1 9R in November and Colin needs to know what colour. i've got a choice of 70 RAL colours.
What do you all think the best colour is, I'm thinking Black.

When I was down at Newark, Richard told me that they didn't do Beige or Chocolate which I as glad about.
Ginger is not a colour that first comes to mind!!!

I chose Oxford Blue - i now hate it with a passion. Dark colours imho dont do the cars justice. Black however can be the only exception but will need
very careful thought to final finishing.
Im fancying a re-spray with a dark metallic orange and dark graphite arches. i want the orange to have a flip / pearl lacquer tho so need to save some
pennies.
If i chose all over again i would do a light or bright blue or possibly orange and go for the carbon pack as a contrast.
You can also choose powder coat colours for chassis just to add to the confusion (unless that option has been changed).

As has been said "The future is Orange!!" although I prefer the matching wheel arches.
Pearlescent Orange is obviously best.
Kind of like mine then
I was originally going to paint it dark blue but with a silver stripe, then decided on yellow. I went to Oulton Park for Kit Car Live and decided that
yellow was too common.
Mine was the only orange one I saw at Le Mans.

I chose a pinky/purple colour ( or barney as some one stated)
and nobody sees it !
the amout of time cars have pulled out on me is crazy
so i would say the bright colours are best
try BARBIE PINK no body else has got that i dont think!

There is a pink MAC#1 in existance already - Adam Plamer is the owner
I REALLY like the 2006 9R Worx demonstrator colours & graphics now owned by Bill Barnes
Have you tried visitingwww.m1moc.com and going to the owners page for some inspiration.
My vote would go for something along the lines of the 9R Worx or Marc Woodwards new steed as shown on MAC#1's Newark stand, the one with the
white roll cage, although Bretts Gulf coloured car looked very nice too.

i,m having the same dilema ewan ive done the orange/black thing as you well know. i think most bright colours and black suit a lsis , black on its own
looks great especially when really well polished. i,m sure marc and col won,t let you make a mistake. happy choosing
