Most excellent service

There's a lot said on here about when things go wrong with a supplier or an order that goes astray, so I'd just like to tell you all about some excellent service from Mac1.

On Wednesday last week I spoke to Mark @ Mac 1 about a part, it was in stock. Exchange unit was duly parcelled up and posted Wednesday afternoon.

Thursday afternoon Mark called me to say new parts fitted and ready to post out.

Friday morning new parts arrived and were fitted that evening.

Well done to the boys at Mac1 oh and I suppose a well done to Royal Mail as well

I had similar experience recently. Got car out after winter break, all was well for 2 weeks. Thursday before a trackday was booked i had a problem, i couldnt find the bit i needed anywhere. Mark had a second hand low value hardly worth bothering with part in stock, managed to get it to me by Saturday morning so i could make the track on the Monday. DHL courier this time.
