Autotesting a BEC
Hi Guys,
Tomorrow is the first event of the season in the local autotest championship. I prepped the car ready for it and then tested it out.
On tight corners it really understeers under braking, I am thinking I need to increase the front damping and maybe raise the rear by a few mm to try
and get some front end grip.
Currently running 14psi all round.

other way mate,
decrease front damping will improve front end grip thus reducing understeer
increase rear damping though, that should help to kick the back end out when needed
bit more negative camber on the front wheels too might help

Unless you have a reverse box, getting out and pushing may hamper your efforts.

No reverse needed in our 'tests, we run quite a few bike engined cars so reversing is not put into the courses.

Cheers guys,
To adjust the Proshocks damping do you turn the dial anti clockwise to reduce or gain damping?

Anti clockwise makes softer IIRC.
Have fun at the autotest (isn't it an autosolo when no reverse?)
