friday numpty question

HI Guys
Anyone tell me which one to fasten battery LIVE to? A or B. Forgot to look when took off for recon now head gone blank

A = BIG wire to +12v on battery.

B = +12v from ignition switch

Bugger battery now flat..are the battery cables meant to get warm?????

No.

That cable is not upto starting your engine.Not a tiger loom is it ?

original cable that came with car. trip to moyor factors in morning me thinks. at this rate i will have changed everything on the car, next time i will build from scratch

Make sure you have good earths aswell .

Get one with proper lug on the end twisted wire is horrible . Halfords do them - in red too.
