You could try the three sisters race school, you might be able to cadge a bit of track time there cheaply. Otherwise its oulton, and that is super pricey

Hi Paul. There's a bunch of us from http://www.trackjuice.co.uk/ who will be at the Anglesey date on the 28th. The organiser is Circuit Days. Doesn't help you much using up the hols as it's a Saturday!

Athough spending a holiday building someones elses kit car sounds tempting I am not sure you would thank me for the so called "skilled labour"

Mk sportscars are racing at Oulton Park on the 28th of March,1st race of the season,they will be racing against caterhams,westfields,big power Mazda Rx7's,and a wide selection of other race cars,should make for some good racing,I am sure there will be a few other Mk owners going along to watch and meet up,should be a good day out,

Why not head to the correct side of the Penines and do the NE7Ers trackday?
