Well I managed to find Chris for a quick chat, couldn't wish to find a nicer bloke. Danny must have been hiding somewhere. I'll have to bother him the next time out at Oulton.

Turns out a couple of the crew were watching the race at banking where I was posted so I had a good chat with them.

Not the best of days by all accounts, and Chris met some of my colleagues towards the end of the second race on sunday. When I said I wanted a wave I didn't mean a raised hand a couple of laps before the end. Hope you wern't looking behind when the guy in the 3.0 sierra almost collected you. He got awfully close....

Genuinely hope you have better luck next time out and I look out for you both at Oulton.
