What engine oil do most people use in an 893 Fireblade or what is a good grade to use

I use halfords bike semi synthetic and change for each track day, seems okay.

People have put in fully synthetic and had clutch issues

+1 as above. (but for my ZX9)

we use 10w40 semi in all our carbed blades with the exception that we would steer clear of silkolene as we have seen lots of clutch slip issues with their oil
