Bike Carb/Bodies Manifolds + fitting kits
Custom manifolds for the fitment of bike carbs or throttle bodies available to order manufactured in Aluminium. Laser cut 10mm flange and TIG welded.
See drawing below:
Runner outside diameters 'D' are 44.5mm as standard which suits most carbs.
Provide me with the dimensions as seen on the drawing along with the engine and carb type and the manifold will be made to suit (drawing will be
updated and be provided for validation).
The design shown means there is no need to re-space your carbs, however if you wish to then straight headers are no problem, just let me know the
dimensions. The manifold shown is to suit a pinto running ZX9R’s – a particularly harsh offset (in that pinto’s are widely pitched compared to most).

6mm connections for vacuum can be added for a small cost. Likewise10mm connections for brake servo lines.
Turn around is roughly 2-4weeks depending on workload.
Prices start at £120+pp depending on your requirements and the design.
Flanges are available seperately, £37 posted.
I also offer fitting kits consisting of fluro-lined silicone hose - the proper fuel resistant stuff, well worth having - and 8 hose clips for £24
