Self Weld Bike Carb Manifolds Now Available
DANST Engineering is now able to offer self weld runner kits for Bike carb manifolds.
This kit consists of 8 cut and marked up runner sections in 44.5mm OD mild steel with 1.5mm wall. As with the aluminium manifolds the section
templates are designed on 3D CAD software for each individual application to ensure consistency across the runners and for ease of fabrication.
The pipe sections are marked up and cut such that the home MIG-weld enthusiast will be able to produce a good quality manifold with relative ease -
without the need for endless trial and error, grinding and filling associated with trying to produce suitable compound angle bends.
The same drawing as with the aluminium manifolds can be used to specify your dimension requirements (see here:

A kit will cost £45 posted. This does not include the flange - these are available on ebay to suit most engine applications. DANST will be supplying
mild steel flanges in the near future. Including purchasing a flange the total cost is approx £70.
