RS 2000 bumper
Hello All.
I’m after a favour.
Do any of you owned a Mk3 Capri or a Mk 2 Escort RS2000 ?
I’ve got a plastic wrap around end cap off what I think is an RS 2000 but I’m not 100% sure.
What I need is for someone to measure the wrap around end cap off one of these from the front edge to the rear, and then maybe I can establish which
vehicle it is from.
I hope this make sense.
Many thanks Martin.

Picture.
RS bumper end cap small
To make a car go faster, just add lightness. Colin Chapman - OR - fit a bigger engine. Chippy

Just measured one on my capri and its 49cm from the front end to the pointy bit by the wheelarch!
if the picture above is what you have thats not from a mk3 a capri. the capri has a small pop out section where a bolt runs into the bumper too...

Is that a step or just a reflection in the photo? I don't remember that on my old RS2000, I thought it was smooth and has a cap to cover the
screw. Maybe my mind is playing tricks. It could also be Mk3 Escort.
