Loosely based and waved at like a celebrity, just two remarks that made me cringe and smile at the same time.
I did show the pictures to mrs bob as she asked as to why i was laughing so much, she just said "its wrong"

Apart from being truly awful, a range rover has a 100" chassis, Chrysler torque flights and carbs would have been on a Y plate, very few made
and atrocious on fuel even by landrover standards, still it's not all bad at 14 to the gallon at least it would stay hidden away

Just caught this one. Seemns pretty reasonable build quality. But its still registered as a Range Rover Vogue!!!!!!!
I don't think so!
Work-in-Progress: Changed to Zetec + T9. Still trying!!

If it's using the donor vehicles unmodified chassis, it can use the donors identity.

Presumably, provided by 'reworked' chassis he means it's been reconditioned and not modified at all, then it's simply a
re-body of an existing chassis and not subject to IVA (just an inspection).
So the model desription on the V5 is ok if that's the case (afterall, how many convertible Range Rovers do you see? - though, perhaps, he could
have changed the details to read Range Rover 'VAGUE' !! )

Not my cup of tea, but it appears to have been build with a good level of skill and finished with an appropriate tongue-in-cheek sense of humour .

The builder knows nought about compound curves though.

Some reshaping to the front of the bonnet and grille to introduce some curves plus a better roof though and it would have the makings of a useable
wedding hire car. Cheap sideline for someone.
