Ford Pinto - Oilway in Block
1979 2 litre Pinto I'm in the process of rebuilding is now in bits and the clean & measure has started
One question though, Has anybody removed the ball bearing that sits at the end of the oilway at the rear of the engine block ?
I've removed the tiny core plug that allows access to it, but I'm not sure if it comes out of the rear or the front ?
Pretty sure you smack it from the front with a length of 1/4" solid bar and it pops out of the rear
But just incase there might be somebody out there who has done this I thought I'd ask...

Thanks for that
Confirmed on Turbosport forum
Knock it out the back and then smack the new one in from the rear
I got a big hammer so should be fine
