SIP products - bottle Jack

Would like the collectives opinion on these products.

I bought one from Halfords market place, direct from SIP. It arrived with the fluid seeping out of the box and didn't work. Went through the faff of returning via their online contact and they arranged an exchange. Waited 10 days to find out FedEx had lost it. Another one turned up after another week and it was dented (box was fine so happened during assembly) so I contacted support who said it should be fine but they logged it on their system incase of any future returns.

Gone to use this one and it has no resistance to the pump and doesn't lift! Am I unlucky or are these just utter utter junk?

Jon

If it was mine I'd take it back to Halfords for a refund. Two or three failed attempts to replace the product are more than sufficient justification under the fair trading rules for you to get your money back, IMHO.

Sip products

From experience and working for a hardware retail company I would never buy Sip products as they have a very high return history and Draper are not much better.
