Where can i get some of these screws?

I need some of these set screws for my surround speaker's
Dimensions are
Thread 4mm
15mm from washer to end of thread
5mm from washer to end stop
End stop diameter 7mm
They dont have to be exactly the same but somewhere near would be good
Been searching for a few hours to no avail

I tried looking for
4mm coach bolt
or
4mm carriage bolt
haven't found any that small though
but this might do

Can't see you photo, but sounds like you've after some shoulder bolts.
Loads available in you search M4 shoulder bolt on ebay.
