Umm it says 7/16UNF so thats the give away
Rally design do metric wheel studs in various lengths, and they will fit the cortina hubs.
David
granada studs will fit and are cheap or free from scrappy
not sure if they are longer than 55mm though
they were perfect for my wheels and tina hubs
I have a feeling mk2 escort are metric, M12 with non standard thread (1.0?) (got the die at home so can check), dunno about cortina.
shouldn't be outside the realms of possibility to measure your existing studs to determine dia and thread.

That's what you wanted isn't it?

My hubs rear hubs were UNF and the front (cortina hubs) were M12.
I needed longer studs and replaced them all with M12 studs from burtons. Amazingly ford kept the same hole dia to fit both UNF and M12.

Yup M12.... Got me some fancy locknuts for the alloys so I had to find out

Hi one word of warning with fitting longer studs.
The plain section is longer and in some cases depending on the wheels being used it means that the nuts run out of thread on the stud before fully
tightening the wheel properly.
Some times this is a verry close call and it dose seem the wheels are tight but are acctually only just nipped.
For a quick fix put the nut in a lathe and take out the first 2-3 threads to allow clearence over the plain section of studs.
cheers matt
Surely it would be better to run a die down the stud wouldn't it? By removing metal from the nut you stand a real chance of weakening them to
the extent that they might strip the thread right out when tightened.

Hi its where the stud increaces in diameter and the nut in some cases just kisses that area.
cheers matt
Try Larkspeed Leeds, got mine there, and they are cheap, regards Alan
I doubt if any of my die would touch the metal the studs are made of, it's seriously hard stuff.
