Having decided to build a car for 750mc Sports Specials next season I'm having a clearout (see below). Items are on eBay but you can always message me here.
I've found a sound 1.8 silvertop Zetec plus got a type 9 gearbox.
I'm looking for an inlet and twin 40 webers, a bell housing to mount engine to gearbox, sump/baffle/pickup for the Zetec so it will fit into an Aries Locost chassis, seat/seats, harnesses, nodiz, extinguishers.

Any advice on how to prep the engine and what should and can be done within the regs much appreciated.

I travel a lot with work so can collect or if anyone wants stuff from the bits below, deliver, any parts

Very interested in the 919 engine!

Can you tell me what year it is? (and is there a speedo sensor on top of the gear box?)
Any damaged bits etc?
and are carbs included?

HI I HAVE PAIR OF 40 S but on pinto manifold and have couple of bell housings if any good

What's the odds of the manifold fitting or being made to fit a zzr 1200. Any chance you could post some measurements, like the pipe diameter and the centre measurements of the four pipes. Sorry to be a pain.

Consider making a bag seat. Very comfy, a perfect fit and inexpensive. You will see lots in sports specials/locosts
I can send you a guide of how to do this and what you need.
Harness
By new. Contact TRS directly, great service and cheaper than other outlets for the same thing.

Nodiz
Doubt you will find one second hand. For what they cost contact Motorsports Electronics directly

The zx9 exhaust has 50mm o/d on the outlet. Inlets are 290mm overall width approx., spacing aprox 85mm centres, outlets 35mm o/d

The 919 is a 1998, is complete with carbs also plus I have a separate listing for the exhaust:
