Advice please

im trying to set my MS up on TPS at the moment and managed to get it idling today after installing new coolant pipes and that had bigger internal diameter (3/4" cuz it kept over heating all the time and the coolant sensor was reading funny numbers!

well now im pleased to say that i had it running for 20minutes with no over heating what so ever. When it was warming up i had the warm up enrichment window open and notices that the MAP pressure reading was 63kpa, dont know whether any of you remember before i tried with TPS my MAP reading was 98KPA, since then i have take the TB's off and had a good inspection and then re-attached. now that the pressure reading is lower would it be better to try and set up the car and MAP pressure instead of TPS, or is 63kpa still too high?

just a thought in my head and need a bit of advice

cheers chaps

I stuck some advise on this thread.

The answer is yes, just group the MAP values once you data log for the most frequented areas.

linky thing

Can't help with the MS but if you mean the top and bottom hoses now have a 3/4" internal diameter and you are still using the Pinto lump I suspect you will still suffer overheating when driving??

the 3/4 hose if from water pump inlet to header tank and then to side of block (inlet side) which also has temp sensor t-pieced into it, top hose is sum 32mm same as bottom.
