Hi helpful people,
I have almost every part of my fuel system now, various step downs, step ups, fuel taps, filters, my pump and everything in between.
The pump I've bought is a generic Bosch replacement for fuel injected OEM cars which came with the electrical connectors and thats it.
On the input side of the pump is a push on pipe for 12mm flexi pipe - no issue.
On the output side is a threaded pipe with holes situated around the base. I've looked at the pumps in the merlin motorsport catalogue and its
clearly designed to have a banjo connection fitted with a nut screwed over the top. The output is then provided by the banjo.
I have absolutely no idea how id get one of these bango connectors which will fit over the pumps output and have an 8mm output as I can find a
motorsport supplier who provides them.
Any ideas?

Sounds like the pump i bought for my rush, i got ther banjo and nut from Think Automotive, i can dig out the part number for you this eve if you
want....

Blackbird Rush - your brake rubber pipe, it doesn't appear to be marked. Have you passed SVA with it like that? I thought it had to be marked or proven to be compliant.

OMG that is very very clean BUT
What is the PTFE tape doing on those brake fittings? Properly made fittings do not need this as they do not seal via the thread but by the flare on
the pipe.
Secondly, those hose connectors are the cheap and nasty type - I can tell by having slots cut in the band.
You can buy proper hose clamps - see VWP - or buy stainless jubilee clips.

I do believe NPT Threads ( which they should be ) or UNF threads don't actually seal on the thread and require a crush washer or thread tape to
seal them- I prefer crush washers, but no harm in tape.
If they were AN fittings and some others then yes, you would be right.

Rubber tubes are that supplied by willwood and are too short to have any markings, i think i've got spare with markings on, maybe i'll swap
for some marked up bits then....

resovoirs directly on the M/C's as per clutch - just for trackdays of course
Bit of PTFE tape wont hurt, just belt and braces

just so you know, I've downloaded the online catalogue and tracked down the item im after. I'm going to give them a ring tomorrow so they
can sort me out.
Dont worry about digging around for those codes!

nope, I think I am right; referring to the brake lines.
the pipes have flares on the ends that make the seal. no need for washers or tape. the theads are UNF or metric, not tapered.
