Does anyone know of a pump has an 8mm inlet and outlet suitable for injection?
Injection fuel pumps tend to have a large inlet size to increase flow capacity as they're not good at all at 'sucking' fuel down a thin
pipe. If the outlet is of banjo type you can get a kit from ebay I think which has a banjo with 8mm hose tail. That's what I did with my Bosch
fuel pump but the inlet is 15mm! Most are 12 I think.

I bought one of these, and it works great.

The outlet of my fuel tank is on the bottom, so i dont need a swirl pot, but the consequence of this is that it sucks the moisture and poo through
the pump. A filter is required to be installed before the pump.
The Land Rover in-tank pump is very good. Comes with build in swirl pot and level sender. It's available in various guises - the one I have has 8mm push-on fittings. Can be found new for around £80 from memory.
Think some of the Ford units have 8mm inlets and outlets from memory.
As it so happens, I've currently got one for sale as I'm using bike carbs not injection. There's a few pics in my archive. Have a
look and see if it's of any use, and U2U me if interested.
